4.1. Ownership: The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, and other materials, are owned by the App's developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. License: Subject to these Terms, the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without the prior written consent of the App's developer.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
